I’ve read Walden several times. Thought I’d give the audio version a try. The reader in this audiobook sounds like a soulless automaton. For god’s sake this is “Walden!” Can't you find someone to read it that doesn’t sound like a computer? Totally ruined it for me.

While listening and reading, highlighting and making notes in my iBook, I can SEE and read the Solitude chapter, but the audio simply repeats the previous chapter. I hope I have no more missing audio chapters!
