Good break down of the counter-intuitive processes that hold us back in achieving our goals, while not ignoring the deeper truth of looking inward to ultimately apply these skills. Seems as though the author truly wanted to contribute something of value in helping people achieve their goals with an executable game plan. Overall very well written with minor errors such as ‘than’ instead of ‘then’ or stopping mid-sentence to form another sentence when it should have been one; most likely due to electronic errors. Well worth the invested time for this book as the reader is highly likely to be able to take several things away that they can use for improvement. 5 Stars!

Very insightful, highly recommend. It’s great to figure out what actually works for actually accomplishing goals rather than continuing with using trial and error to organize planning and discipline.
